Shinnicks,
I was saddened to hear the news about Winnie. She was such a great friend of our family, as you all are. I harken back to the great times we spent at Bellow’s Beach in Hawaii. What a riot!
Winnie was like an aunt to me and a great support system for my mother. Aunt Winnie was always the life of the party. She will be missed. Growing up with the Shinnick’s and the Carney’s are the memories I cherish most. I feel so blessed to have been included in those fun times.
I cannot express what a great life John, Winnie, Jim and Cathy Carney, and my parents, gave all of us kids growing up. The Marine Corps life was an amazing life.
I am so sorry for your loss.
