Theresa was my first cousin and was only 16 years old when she served as my godmother. Throughout the course of her long life, she always maintained a loving interest in mine and the lives of my family. Love was the focal point of Theresa's remarkable life. She completely devoted herself to loving and caring for her family; her parents, her husband, her children, her grandchildren and all those extended family members who were part of her life. When I visited Theresa in the hospital recently, the last words she uttered in my presence were "Joe, Joe, Joe". Joe was truly the love of Theresa's life. Their marriage of 66 years was a shining inspiration to all who knew this inseparable couple. Theresa's was truly a life well spent. Farewell dear and beloved cousin and godmother. You will be dearly missed and will assuredly live on in the hearts of all your many loved ones.
