Kenneth Kasler, 61, of Whiting passed away peacefully on July 29, 2016 at home.  He was born on July 6th, 1955 in Middletown, NJ to Lillian and Julius Kasler.  He was a graduate of Middletown North High School.  He married Judie (Chevalier) on June 10th, 2000 in Union Beach, NJ.   Kenny worked as a garbage collector for years and then owned a framing contractor business.  When Kenny retired he pursued his life dream as a musician and loved every minute.  Kenny was an avid drummer and played in groups like “Baby “O”, and the Sinopoli’s Super Band until last summer. Kenny’s favorite football team was the New England Patriots.

Surviving is his beloved wife of 16 years, Judie (Chevalier); his Sister Nancy Terwiliger and her husband David of Union Beach and several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his parents Julius & Lillian Keszeler. 

A celebration for Kenny will be held on Saturday August 20th, at the TJK Stadium Restaurant, 260 Beachway Ave., Keansburg, at 2:00 pm.  If you would like to play a song for him please bring your instrument and we will reminisce, grieve, support each other and, of course, just chat. Dress Casual
