I am so very sorry for your loss. I can only imagine what a difficult time this is. We all deal with the loss of a loved one differently. However, personally I have found comfort in knowing God's promises for the near future . This is shown in Isaiah 25:8, "He will swallow up death forever, And the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces." Not much longer and death will be a thing of the past. Wiping away our tears of pain and suffering. All the suffering and death that we see today was actually not a part of God's purpose and will be resolved soon. I hope this gives you at least a little comfort. If you have any questions such as: What happens to us when we die?, or Why does God allow suffering?, please contact me or visit www.jw.org
