Virginia H. Spataro

Virginia H. Spataro, 89, of Barnegat, NJ, passed on Friday, January 7, 2022 at Southern Ocean Medical Center, Manahawkin, NJ.  Born in Garfield, NJ to her late parents, John and Olga Hudak, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree at William Paterson College, where she was part of their “Fencing Team”; going on to become a teacher for the Saddlebrook School System.

Virginia loved spending time and eating with her family and friends; never forgetting a birthday and always remembering to send out a card to everyone.

Surviving are her loving sons, Edmund, and his wife, Dahlia, Michael, and his wife, Kathy; six cherished grandchildren, Virginia, Stephanie, Ralph, Jennifer, Nicholas and Philip and eight great-grandchildren, Robert, George, Cecilia, Peter, Owen, Finn, Ayla and Noah. She was predeceased by her sister, Patricia Topping.

Viewing will be held on Tuesday, January 11, 2022 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at Barnegat Funeral Home, 841 West Bay Avenue, Barnegat, NJ. Releatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral  on Wednesday 11 AM at Barnegat Funeral Home. Blessing Service will be offered 11:30 AM at the funeral home with entombment to follow in White Cedars Memorial Park, Manahawkin. (www.BarnegatFH.com)
