Virginia Guider

Virginia "Ginny" Guider, 81, of Barnegat, NJ, passed away peacefully on December 27, 2024, surrounded by her beloved family. She was born in Newark, NJ to Americo and Martha Primamore. She attended Nutley High School where she met her beloved husband, George Guider. They shared 67 years together, including 58 golden years in marriage. Ginny graduated from Kean University and had careers in elementary school teaching and insurance. She had a natural talent for interior design and was often known to “putter” her decorating touches in family homes and holiday celebrations. Family and friends will most fondly remember Ginny as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
Virginia is survived by her husband George of Barnegat, daughter Laura Marriott and son-in-law David Marriott of Barnegat, daughter Beth Yanuzzelli and son-in-law Ralph Yanuzzelli of Hillsborough, NJ, and sister Paula Benson of Hackettstown, NJ. She is also survived by her three cherished grandchildren Sophia Yanuzzelli, Matthew Yanuzzelli, and Christopher Marriott, as well as several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Virginia was also a woman of strong Christian faith. In this respect there will be a Memorial Service at 11am on Saturday, January 25th, 2025, at the Saint Peter of the Light Episcopal Church
in Barnegat Light, NJ
