Viola Schultzel

Viola Schultzel, 91, of Manahawkin, NJ passed on Thursday, August 22, 2024 with family by her side. Viola was born in Jersey City, NJ and married the love of her life, John Schultzel on August 25, 1951.  They lived in Jersey City where they had their three daughters and then moved to River Edge, NJ in 1965 where they stayed until 1996 when they moved to their residence in Manahawkin.

Predeceased by her beloved husband, John and her daughter, June Schultzel, she is survived by two loving daughters, Kathryn and husband Joseph Lardinelli,  Laura and husband Richard MacArthur; cherished grandchildren, Joseph Lardinelli and his wife Christina Lardinelli, Dayna Donaldson and her husband Jihad Donaldson, and Megan Selitto and her husband Joseph Selitto; cherished great-grandchildren, Dominic Lardinelli, Cherish Donaldson, Aubrey Donaldson, along with her great grandpuppies the late Doc, Bubba, and Sienna along with the current grandpups, Stella, Benny, and Oreo.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 27, 2024 from 1 to 5 PM with a Funeral Service at 4:00 PM at Barnegat Funeral Home, 841 West Bay Ave., Barnegat, NJ 08005. (www.BarnegatFH.com)
