Victor H. Marcos

Victor H. Marcos, 81, of Staten Island, NY passed on Tuesday, August 26, 2025. Born in Rosario, Argentina to his late parents, Benjamin and Dominga Marcos, he emigrated to Bensonhurst, Brooklyn in 1969 before moving to Staten Island in 2004. Victor, known for his caring nature, loved spending time with his family and friends. He could be counted on the help anyone in need. He always enjoyed watching soccer and played since his childhood days.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Ana; three loving children, Hugo Fabian Marcos, Katherine Marcos-Gorno (Sergio) and Victor Damian Marcos (Laudelina); four cherished grandchildren, Sergio Santino Gorno (Alicia Galan), Hugo Vincent Gorno (Julianna), Kristina Marie Gorno (Luis Castro) and Ayelen Rose Marcos; three great-grandchildren, Mia Gorno, Amelia Gorno and Marco Gorno; two brothers, Roque Vachet and Mario Aguilera; two sisters, Adela Blanca Pumar and Susan Olmos. He is predeceased by his sister, Susana Marcos.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 29, 2025 from 12 to 4 PM at Barnegat Funeral Home, 841 West Bay Ave., Barnegat, NJ. Private Cremation to follow. (www.BarnegatFH.com)
