Thomas J. Mulroy was born in Philadelphia, PA on April 7th, 1940, son of Mary Bell and Thomas B. Mulroy. Tom was drafted into the US Army where he served as a MP at the Brooklyn Army Terminal. There he met Elizabeth (Betty) in 1961.
Tom and Betty married in 1963 and proceeded to raise their family: Thomas Francis, Barbara Anne, Donald Patrick, in the Yorktown Section, Manalapan, NJ.
Upon retirement they moved to the Mirage Adult Community. A parishioner of St. Mary's, he was a 3rd Degree Member of the K. of. C. and supported Holy Trinity in Uganda.
Tom is survived by his wife of 62 years, 8 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, a sister, Marie Brown, Horsham, PA.
An avid lifelong fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and Philies, he loved to read, travel and go to A. C.

Memorial Mass will be held on Thursday, January 15, 2026 at 11:00 AM at St. Mary's Church, Barnegat, NJ.
