Teresa Manger, 86, of Toms River, NJ, passed on Monday, February 22, 2021 at The Arbors of Toms River, NJ. Born in Paterson, NJ to her late mother, Margaret (Maiella) Tedeschi, she is predeceased by her beloved husband, James. Surviving are her two loving sons, Eric and Jeff.
