Susan J. Denman

Susan J. Denman (nee Kloss), 71, of Barnegat, NJ passed on Saturday, June 20, 2026 at Deborah Heart and Lung Center, surrounded by her loving family. Susan was born in Kearney, NJ on November 13, 1954 and lived in Kenilworth for 25 years. A graduate from David Brearley RHS; she was captain of the Drill Team and participated in all the musicals during high school. Susan loved to dance and choreographed some of the musicals for her high school. She held various positions as an Executive Assistant for companies such as: Adidas, Ethicon Inc., Holiday Inn, and finished her career with Johnson & Johnson Corporate of 27 years. All of which those 27 years were in Information Technology. 

Susan loved animals, especially dogs. She would feed the squirrels, deer and birds twice a day in her backyard. She enjoyed being with family and friends, going to shows, dinners out, cooking for her family and shopping.

Susan is survived by her husband, John; daughter Traci and granddaughter Ari Lynn. She is also survived by her sister, Diana Kloss and nieces, nephews, and cousins. Susan was predeceased by her parents, Edward and Lottie Kloss.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 26, 2026 from 2 to 6 PM at Barnegat Funeral Home, 841 W. Bay Ave., Barnegat, NJ.  Mass offered Saturday, 9:00 AM at St. Mary's Church, Barnegat, NJ.  Interment to follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Manahawkin.
