Robert K. Samse

Robert K. Samse was born January, 4th 1935 in North Bergen NJ, lived in Staten Island for many years, moved to Barnegat, NJ while in retirement. He was employed at Chase Manhattan Bank for 37 years, ending his career as a Vice President of International Operations.

He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years Tina Brunno Samse, his three sons, Mark and wife Lori, Eric and wife Jennifer, and Robert, along with his five loving grandchildren, Rachel, Michael, Jacqueline, Isabella and Joseph.

Robert had a passion for gardening, collectibles, watching sports, playing bocce and photography.  He also enjoyed traveling to Hilton Head and Florida as a snowbird in the winter. He is truly loved by his family and grandchildren who gave him so much joy and happiness.

He lived a full and inspiring life and was loved by many.  We will truly miss his guidance and encouragement to enjoy life.

Viewing will be held on Monday, October 11, 2021 from 2-4 PM & 6-8 PM at Barnegat Funeral Home, 841 West Bay Avenue, Barnegat, NJ. Mass offered Tuesday, 10:30 AM at St. Mary's Church, 747 West Bay Ave., Barnegat. (www.BarnegatFH.com)
