Born in Jersey City, NJ to his late parents, Wilfrid and Ethel Blais, he is survived by his daughter, Cory Blais, grandson, Dorian Oliveras; siblings, James Blais, Marilyn Kunze, William Blais and Richard Blais. He is predeceased by his brother, Steven Blais.
