Olga M. Noonan-Chamley, 71, of Whiting passed on October 6, 2019. Born in New York City to her late parents, George and Frances Billy, she was employed by the State of New Jersey. Surviving is her loving daughter, Lisa Marie Cranmer and her cherished grandchildren.
