Michael Carbonara

Michael Carbonara, 94, of Barnegat, NJ passed on Sunday, November 3, 2024. Born in Giovinazzo, Italy to his late parents, John and Maria Carbonara, he is formerly of Whiting, NJ and Fairfiled, NJ where he was a Lector and active Communicant of St. Thomas More Church. He has been a resident of Barnegat for the past 13 years.

Predeceased by his beloved wife, Anita, he is survived by two loving children, Christine and her husband, Edward Cunningham and Michael Carbonara; two cherished grandchildren, Lindsay Allen (Conor) and Alexander Cunningham; sister Sarah Gibilaro. He is also predeceased by his daughter, Coleen Carbonara

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 6, 2024 from 4 to 7 PM at Barnegat Funeral Home, 841 West Bay Ave., Barnegat, NJ. Mass offered Thursday, 11:00 AM on Thursday, November 7, 2024 at St. Mary's Church, Barnegat, NJ. Interment to follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Manahawkin. (www.BarnegatFH.com)
