Maryellen Wierzbicki Obituary

Maryellen T. Wierzbicki, 80, of Barnegat, NJ passed on Monday, February 16, 2026. She was born in Bayonne, NJ to her late parents, Chester and Antoinette Krzyzanowski, where she raised her own family.  

For more than 50 years, Maryellen's summers were spent in Barnegat, where she ultimately retired in the same treasured summer house. She enjoyed crafts, gardening and was a gifted seamstress who skillfully made her own clothes.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Robert; two loving children, Bobby Wierzbicki and Kristi Wierzbicki; devoted sister, Anne Marie Rademacher; as well as her loving nieces and nephew.

REVISED SERVICE INFORMATION DUE TO SNOWSTORM: 

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 from 10:00AM to 12:00PM at Barnegat Funeral Home, 841 W. Bay Ave., Barnegat, NJ. Mass to follow, 12:30 PM at St. Mary's Church,  Barnegat. Private Cremation to follow.  (www.BarnegatFH.com)
