Obituary
Mary Louise Eisenhauer 80 of Barnegat, NJ passed peacefully on Saturday, August 19th at Southern Ocean Medical Center. She was born in Asbury Park, NJ . Mary Lou (Gilluly) graduated from Asbury Park High School in 1961. She moved to Farmingdale, NJ with her husband in 1966 where she lived until moving to Barnegat in 2000. Mary Lou worked for Verizon (formerly NJ Bell Telephone Company) as a Directory Assistant Operator for over 35 years before retiring in 2006. She is survived by her husband of almost 58 years, Harry A. Eisenhauer; two daughters, Marybeth Johnson (Michael) Barnegat, and Krista Nadolny ( Steven) Manahawkin; six grandchildren, Mark Eisenhauer (Shannon) Howell, NJ, Madeline James(Justin) Florence SC, Maxwell Stalter (Jenna) Summerville, SC, Amanda, Sara, and Jacob Nadolny, Manahawkin, and 2 great grandchildren, Mark and Alora Eisenhauer, Howell.
Mary Lou was one of seven siblings. Her sister, Sandra Cole-Hatchard predeceased her in 2019. Surviving are her only brother, Benedict Gilluly III (Ingie) Barnegat, sisters Elizabeth Swist ( Stanley) Palm Bay Fl, Linda Schmeelcke (William) Greenfield Center, NY, Dianna Gilluly, Little Egg Harbor, and Barbara Grimm ( Frederick) Manahawkin. And several nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews. A Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, September 30th at St Mary’s Church in Barnegat, NJ. Friends and family are welcome to attend.
