Marie S. Vespasiano

Marie S. Vespasiano, 85, of Barnegat, NJ passed on Monday, November 3, 2025 peacefully at home. Born in Newark, NJ to her late parents, Frank and Loretta Romeo, she was formerly of Mountainside for 35 years where she worked alongside her husband at his Law Firm as a Legal Secretary.

Marie was an avid New York Yankees fan. She also enjoyed bingo, playing cards, cooking and spending time in Atlantic City. Above all she had a great love for her family.

Predeceased by her beloved husband, Louis, she is survived by her three loving children, Janine D’Addario, Salvatore D’Addario and Anthony D’Addario; ten cherished grandchildren, Nicholas, Anthony, Michael, Christopher, Olivia, Jianna, Jiovoni, Jennifer, Jessica and Emily; sister, Ann Lord and her husband, George; brother, Frank Romeo; brother, Joseph Romeo and his wife, Tracy; brother-in-law, Richard Lord; as well as many loving nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her sister, Loretta Lord. 

Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 9, 2025 from 3 to 6 PM at Barnegat Funeral Home, 841 West Bay Ave.,  Barnegat, NJ. Private Internment will be held Monday in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, East Orange. (www.BarnegatFH.com)
