Marian Isaacs Obituary

Marian Isaacs, 64, of Barnegat, New Jersey, passed away suddenly on May 2, 2026.

Marian was a woman with a truly big heart, known for her kindness, generosity, and the way she made everyone feel like family. She was deeply devoted to her children and grandchildren, who were the center of her world. Whether she was cooking a meal, listening to music, or taking long drives, Marian found joy in life’s simple moments—especially when shared with those she loved.

She had a special way of caring for others, always ready to lend a hand or offer comfort. To many, she was more than a friend—she was “mom,” a steady and loving presence who welcomed everyone with open arms.

Marian was predeceased by her beloved daughters, Melinda Isaacs and Angeletta Sheppard. She is lovingly remembered by her children: Charles Isaacs (wife, Ada Isaacs), Delia Isaacs, Shaun Isaacs, Angel Ramirez, Marian Sheppard, and Ronald Sheppard; her stepsons, Marcquis Strong and Ronald Strong; and her many cherished grandchildren.

A Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with a Funeral Service at 12 PM at Barnegat Funeral Home 841 W. Bay Ave., Barnegat, NJ, 08005. Interment to follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Manahawkin. (www.BarnegatFH.com)

Marian’s love, warmth, and selflessness will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her spirit will live on in the countless lives she touched.
