Lorraine Mumby, 95, of Toms River, NJ passed on Saturday, June 27, 2026. Born in Jersey City, NJ to her late parents, Joseph and Marion Gaglio, she is formerly of Woodbridge, NJ as well as both Bayville and Toms River. 

Predeceased by her beloved husband, James, she is survived by her three loving children, John Mumby (Patricia), James, Jr. Mumby (Teresa) and Lori Mumby (Harold Anderson “Butch”); seven cherished grandchildren, Kenneth, Gregory, Jennifer, Joe, Michael, Jacquelyn and Erin; six adored great-grandchildren, Ryland, Oscar, Ruby, Imogene, Elliot and Oakley. She is also predeceased by her brother, Joseph Gaglio.

The family would like to thank the staff at Complete Care at Arbors for their compassionate care.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 30, 2026 from 9 to 11 AM with a Blessing at 11:00 AM at Barnegat Funeral Home, 841 W. Bay Ave., Barnegat, NJ. Interment to follow in in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Toms River . In lieu of flowers, donations to Serenity Hospice is greatly appreciated.
