Leonard Webb, Jr., 87, passed on Saturday, March 13, 2021 at Tallwoods Care Center of Bayville, NJ. Born in Newark, NJ to his late parents, Leonard and Vela Webb, he was a career Naval Officer.

Leonard was predeceased by his beloved wife Carol in 2014. Surviving are his cousin, Dr. Keith A. Wills and his wife Teresa.

Family visitation will be private. Leonard will be interred with full Military Honors at Arlington National Cemetery. (www.BarnegatFH.com)
