Lana L. Burchardt

Lana L. Burchardt, 68, of Barnegat, NJ, passed on Sunday, July 18, 2021 at Southern Ocean Medical Center, Manahawkin, NJ. Born in Passaic, NJ to her late parents, Theodore and Margaret Sefchick, where she was raised. She moved to  Lake Hiawatha, NJ to raise her own family and enjoyed playing volleyball on a local team. Lana moved to the Mirage community in Barnegat in 2005 where she became a member of the “Red Hats” and loved traveling, cruises and playing Mahjong with friends.

Surviving are her beloved husband of 45 years, Thomas; two loving children, Jaime Easton and Thomas T. Burchardt; two cherished grandchildren, Jessica and Connor Easton and her sister, Kathleen Matawa, and husband, Gerald. She was predeceased by her brother, Theodore Sefchick, III; her sister, Beverly Ann Mastroberte and her nephew, Steven Paul Matawa.
