Joseph Meyer Obituary

With deep love and gratitude for a life well lived, we celebrate the life of a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend. His life was grounded in a strong and abiding faith in Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, which guided the way he lived, served others, and cared for those around him.

He shared 46 wonderful years of marriage with his beloved wife, Pauline, building a life centered on faith, family, and generosity toward others. He was a loving father to Jim Meyer and Joy Stewart, and a proud grandfather to Connor, Zack, Josh, Sam, and Wil. He was also blessed with a great-granddaughter, Molly, who brought him great joy.

He is survived by his siblings Gary and Hilda, along with many extended family members, friends, and members of his church community who were blessed by knowing him.

His faith was central to his life, and he found great joy in spending time at church, serving others, and living out his belief in Christ through acts of kindness and generosity. He loved flying, fishing, and staying active, but those who knew him best remember that he was always busy helping someone. He was the kind of person who never hesitated to lend a helping hand and quietly gave his time and energy to those in need.

Throughout his life, he worked for many years as a builder and landscape designer, creating and shaping spaces with care, craftsmanship, and pride. His work reflected the same dedication and attention he brought to every part of his life.

He will be remembered for his strong faith, generous heart, steady presence, and servant spirit. His life was a testament to loving others and walking faithfully with the Lord.

Though he will be deeply missed, his family and friends take comfort in the promise of eternal life through Jesus Christand the many memories they shared with him.

His legacy lives on in the lives he touched and the love he shared so freely.
