Joseph C. Carrier

Joseph C. Carrier, 76, of Barnegat, NJ passed on Thursday, January 16, 2025 peacefully at home. Born to his late parents, Joseph and Anna Carrier, he was raised in Rutherford, NJ. Joseph was a United States Army Veteran of the Vietnam War and was a recipient of the Purple Heart award for his courage and sacrifice. He worked at the American Stock Exchange for 36 years.

Surviving is his beloved wife of 47 years, Josephine; three loving children, his son Michael and wife, Beth, his son Joseph, and his beloved daughter, Nicole; five cherished grandchildren, Eric, Jacob, Giuliana, Shea, Giuseppe; sister, Marion and husband, Todd; brother-in-law, Phil; brother-in-law Frank and wife Teresa; as well as many nephews, a niece, and cousins. He was predeceased by his sister, Antoinette. 

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, 22, 2025 from 4 to 7 PM at Barnegat Funeral Home, 841 West Bay Ave., Barnegat, NJ. Mass of Christian Burial offered Thursday, 10:00 AM at St. Mary's Church, Barnegat. Private Interment to be held in Bg. Gen. Wm. C. Doyle Vet. Mem. Cem., Arneytown, NJ.
