Jorge F. Dinis

Jorge F. Dinis, 54, of Manahawkin, NJ passed on Tuesday, October 22, 2024. Born in Mozambique, South Africa, he was an exceptional man with a compassionate heart, especially towards those who were less fortunate, elderly or hungry. He also donated his time to helping reconstruct homes after Hurricane Sandy.

Jorge was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan, but mostly cherished time with his family and adored his grandchildren dearly.

Surviving are his beloved wife, Slobodanka Dinis; seven loving children, Alyssa and husband, Phillipe Thibert, Jorge, Jr. and wife, Vera Dinis, Joshua Dinis, Desiree Dinis, Antonio and wife Ryan Dinis, Justina Dinis, Milana Dinis; his mother, Maria Dinis; five cherished grandchildren, Jace, Nova, Isaac, Roman, Rosie; two sisters, Olga Trombetto, Elizabeth and husband, Francesco Braga; three brothers, Paulo and wife, Dorinda Diniz, Antonio and wife, Jody Dinis, Jack Diniz. Predeceased by his father, Antonio Dinis.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2024 from 11 AM to 1 PM at the Barnegat Funeral Home, 841 W. Bay Ave., Barnegat, NJ 08005. Private cremation to follow.
