John T. Przybyszewski, Sr.

John Przybyszewski, 79, of Barnegat, NJ, passed on Friday, June 3, 2022 peacefully at home. Born in Staten Island, NY to his late parents, Benjamin and Wanda Przybyszewski, he worked for the NYPD for 32 years and was an assistant at various funeral homes on Staten Island. John was a communicant of St. Stanislaus Kostka Church where he served as past president  and a council member. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus for 56 years. He retired to Barnegat in 2006.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 57 years, Carole; three loving children, John Jr., and wife, Sev Przybyszewski, Dina Marie and husband, Mark Tuccillo and Tina Marie McAleavy; eight cherished grandchildren, John, III, Brandon, Mark Jr., Nicole, Vincent, Joseph, Emma and Michael; his brother, Donald R., and wife, Diane Przybyszewski and his sister, Diane, and husband, John O’Connor.
