Joann Roccia

Joann Roccia, age 79, passed away peacefully on December 25th, surrounded by her family.

Born in Newark, NJ to Joseph and Josephine Grillo. Joann loved her family and the simple joys of life—especially her time spent in Aruba. Whether she was feeling the sand between her toes or watching a Caribbean sunset, Aruba was her "happy place" where she made countless memories over the years.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 60 years, Thomas. Their lifelong partnership was a beautiful testament to enduring love and served as an inspiration to everyone who knew them.

She is also survived by daughters Michele (Michael) Hauer and Maria (Joseph) Petty, her grandchildren Danielle and Thomas Hauer and her sister Genevieve Camarato

Cremation was private.
