Harry R. Horner, 87, of Barnegat, NJ, passed on Thursday, December 24, 2020. Born in Heightstown, NJ to his late parents, Russell and Ethel Hornor, he is survived by his two loving children, Harry D. Hornor, and his wife, Kimberly and Cynthia A. Philipp, and her husband, Donald.
