Harry J. Hillock

Harry J. Hillock, 80, of Barnegat, NJ passed on Sunday, November 17, 2024. Born in Philadelphia, PA to his late parents, Harry and Bernardine Hillock, he was a United States Army Veteran who served in Vietnam with the 4th Infantry Division. Harry was a graduate of LaSalle University and retired from the City of Philadelphia after serving for 26 years in several positions, including Deputy Procurement Commissioner. He was an avid gardener, enjoyed fishing, and was a big Phillies and Eagles fan. 

Surviving is his beloved wife of 54 years, Genevieve; two adored daughters, Kathy Hillock (Larry Katz) and Chris Hillock (Joe Bradley); four cherished grandchildren, Maia, Nora, Ada and Ryan; two sisters, Donna Imperato (Ray) and Marianne Daniels; and two nephews, Michael and Steve Imperato. 

 A Memorial Gathering will be held on Tuesday, December 10, 2024 from 9:30 to 11 AM at the Barnegat Funeral Home, 841 W.  Bay Ave., Barnegat, NJ. A Memorial Mass will follow 11:30 AM at St. Mary's Church, 747 W. Bay Ave., Barnegat, NJ. (www.BarnegatFH.com)
