Harold R. Henrich, Jr., 89, of Barnegat, NJ passed on Wednesday, June 12, 2024. Born in Hackensack, NJ to his late parents, Harold and Alfonsina Henrich, he formerly resided in Key Largo, FL. A United States Navy Veteran of the Korean War, Harold was the owner of Harold R. Henrich, Inc., a sheet metal fabricating company. In his youth he was an avid hunter and fisherman and more recently added boating and playing golf to the activities he enjoyed. His community minded devotion led to active involvement in many organizations he loved such as the Masonic Lodge, Barnegat Bay Power Squadron Commander, Ocean Reef Board Member & Architect Committee, Ocean Reef Golf Chairman, Hanks Hackers
He is survived by his beloved wife of 69 years, Adele; three loving children and their spouses, Thomas and Renee Henrich, Donna Jean and the late Mario Fernandez, Michael and Jean Henrich; seven cherished grandchildren, Tiffany, Ryan (Starr), Christopher (Amanda), Alex (Katy), TJ, Mikey (Sammi), Alysa; one adored great-granddaughter, Sophia; as well as many loving nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his son, Scott Henrich and sister, Joan Holloway.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 15, 2024 from 1 to 4 PM with a Prayer Service to begin at 3:30 PM at Barnegat Funeral Home, 841 West Bay Ave., Barnegat, NJ. Private Interment to be held in George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus, NJ. (www.BarnegatFH.com)
