Grace T. Pappas

Grace T. Pappas, beloved mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, passed away at home on December 16, at the age of 75. Born in Elizabeth, NJ on September 26,1949, she lived most of her life in Ocean County. Grace was the daughter of the late Herman and Grace Strouse. Grace was married to her one true love, John Pappas, for 10 years, until his passing in 1980. Grace was just as beautiful on the inside as she was on the outside, spending her career caring for others as a home health aide. Her kindness and nurturing nature left her adored by everyone who met her. Grace loved spending time with her family, the peaceful sounds of the ocean, and collecting hand bags. 

Grace is survived by her daughter, Laura and son-in-law, John; her grandchildren, Ashley and her husband, Brett, Amanda, Alexa and Alliana; her great-grandchildren, Kyla, Kasen and Willow; and her brother Kenneth and sister-in-law, Sue. 

A Celebration of Life will be held privately with immediate family and close friends.
