Gerald F. Lee

Gerald F. Lee, 87, of Barnegat, NJ, passed on Saturday, January 2, 2021 peacefully at home. Born in New York, NY to his late parents, Edward and Brigid Lee, he is formerly of Rockland County, NY and worked for Grumman, on the Lunar Space Module project, before his employment with the State of New York.  Gerald loved Irish History, played bagpipes, and was a member of the Rockland County Police Emerald Society.

Surviving are his beloved wife of 56 years, Johanna; his loving children, Eileen Lee, Kevin, and his wife, Tammy Lee, Sean, and his wife, Heather Lee, Siobhan, and husband, Todd Drungoole and Kerry Fitzgerald; his cherished grandchildren, Jenna, Daniel, Shane, Nicholas, Casey, Connor, Matthew, Grace, Keira and Mackenzie; his sister, Peggy Buckley.  He is predeceased by his brother, James Lee.

Viewing will be Tuesday, January 5, 2021 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Barnegat Funeral Home, 841 West Bay Avenue, Barnegat, NJ.   A Mass of Christian burial will be offered 9:30 AM on Wednesday at St. Mary's Church, Barnegat, NJ.  Interment to follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Washingtonville, NY.
