George P. Willan

George P. Willan, 99, of Hamilton Twsp., NJ passed October 9, 2020.  Born in Jersey City to his late parents, George and Helen Willan, he formerly resided in Barnegat, NJ for over 20 years and Iselin, NJ for 44 years. George is a US Army Veteran of World War II, and a retired pipe fitter with Union Local 274 in Ridgefield, NJ. He is a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post 10092, Barnegat, NJ and a Life Member and 4th Degree Knight with the Knights of Columbus, Annunciation Council 3826, Beach Haven West, NJ.

Predeceased by his beloved wife of 72 years, Margaret F. (McKenna) Willan, he is survived by three loving children and their spouses, Kathleen and Ronald Lombardo, George and Brenda Willan, Gary and Nancy Willan; six cherished grandchildren, Kimberly Ann (EJ) Easton, Christopher (Danielle) Willan, Amanda Willan, Allison (Justin) Szypot, Jessica (Andrew) Comly  and Heather Lombardo; seven cherished great grandchildren, Eddie, Ava, Andrew, Tyler, Gigi, Amelia and Elloise Margaret. He is pre-deceased by his brother and sister-in-law, Joseph and Evelyn Willan.
