Genaro A. Salzano

Genaro A. Salzano, 88, of Manahawkin, NJ, passed on Monday, November 21, 2022. Born in Staten Island, NY to his late parents, Gaetano and Rose Salzano, where he resided for many years. He retired to Stafford Twsp. where he became an active member of the Italian American Club.

He is predeceased by his beloved wife, Theresa and survived by his two loving children, Roslyn and husband, Robert Push, Thomas and wife Karen Salzano; five cherished grandchildren, Allie, Matthew, Christina, Jackie (Thomas) and Andrew; his brother-in-law, Richard and wife Lois Matarangelo; sister, Marie and husband Frank Tansey; brother-in-law, Joseph Karasinski.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 27, 2022 from 2-5 PM at Barnegat Funeral Home, 841 W. Bay Ave., Barnegat. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered Monday, 10:30 AM at St. Francis of Assisi Church, Brant Beach, NJ. Entombment to follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery Manahawkin. (www.BarnegatFH.com)
