Sergeant Frederick John Feliciano, 28, passed away in Charlotte, NC. Fred was a veteran who served in the U.S. Army. Sgt. Feliciano was born on January 8, 1992 in Edison, NJ to his parents Frederick & Deborah Feliciano. When he was just 18, Fred joined the Army and was stationed at Fort Hood Army post located in Killeen, TX. Fred would go on to serve in Afghanistan with one of his closest friends Tanner Merritt. After serving in Afghanistan, Sgt. Feliciano moved to California and became a project manager at a construction company. When he wasn't working, Fred surrounded himself with aunt and uncle, Cecelia & John Koltura and cousins, Claire & Johnny. They enjoyed being out on the boat and racing off-road trucks in Mexico. Fred loved being outdoors and enjoying a good IPA. Sgt. Feliciano recently left California with his dog, Lucius, to spend time with his parents and sisters in NJ. He then became a recent resident of Charlotte, NC. Fred was enrolling in classes to further his education and eager to see what the future held.
Sgt. Feliciano was a beloved son, loving brother and honorable soldier. He is survived by his father and mother, Fred & Deborah Feliciano, his three sisters Kristyn, Kaitlyn & Kandice and his beloved dog, Lucius. Fred is preceded in death by his grandparents, John & Elizabeth Koltura.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 3, 2020 from 11AM to 1 PM with a Blessing to be offered 12:30 PM. The Feliciano family welcomes any and all stories, photos and memories that Fred's friends and colleagues would like to share. Fred will be buried at Brigadier General William C.
