Frank J. Markovics

Frank J Markovics: 5/4/1933 – 5/1/2022; Frank Markovics of Long Beach Township, NJ passed peacefully on Sunday 5/1/2022. Frank lived a rich and fulfilled life. A graduate of Woodbridge High School (class of ’51). He joined the Navy (1951-1955) where he worked as a radio operator and mailman aboard the USS Leyte (CV-32). After the Navy Frank Played football for the Golden Bears. Eventually he became Building Inspector for Woodbridge Township and then Supervisor of Buildings and Grounds for the Woodbridge School District. Inducted into the Woodbridge Township Athletic Hall of fame.

His oldest son Marc preceded him; he is survived by his son Dean, daughter-in-law, Katlin, 2 grandchildren, Leanna & Kyle, and many long-time family friends.
