Evelyn L. Ponzini

Evelyn L. Konchar-Ponzini, 88, of Barnegat, NJ passed peacefully at home on Sunday, June 21, 2020. Born in Carbondale, PA to her late parents, Anthony J., and Louise M. Korosec-Konchar, she worked in the insurance industry. She was predeceased by her brother, Anthony W., and his wife Elizabeth J. (Betty Jean) Gordon-Konchar; and her sister Delores "Lorrie" Konchar.
Surviving are her husband, Eugene E. Ponzini; step-daughter, Lisa Ponzini and husband Howie, Linda Ponzini; grandchildren, Nicholas, Gianna, Kristine, Jennifer and Alex; nephews, Anthony T. Konchar and wife Lisa Marie, Endwell, NY., David P. Konchar, Forest City, PA., John P. Konchar and companion Nancy, Eynon, PA., Michael M. Konchar and wife Sally, Throop, PA., Kenneth S. Konchar and wife Dawn, Peckville, PA.; her niece Elizabeth A. "Betty Ann" Konchar, Forest City, PA; grandnephew, Kyle Frisbie and wife Katie; grandniece, Lauren Konchar.
A Memorial Mass will be offered 11 AM Monday, June 29, 2020 at St. Mary's Church, 747 West Bay Ave., Barnegat. Barnegat Funeral Home is in charge of the cremation and services (www.barnegatfh.com)
