Elwood V. Seiler, Jr.

Elwood V. Seiler, Jr., 88, of Barnegat, NJ passed on Saturday, March 15, 2025. Born in Neptune, NJ to his late parents, Elwood and Marie Seiler, he was formerly of Jackson, NJ.

Elwood was a proud United States Navy Veteran and Submariner. He was an active member of the US Submarine Veterans Jersey Shore Base. His time in the Navy was marked by a deep commitment to his country. Elwood retired after a long career as an electrician, and was a member of the IBEW Workers Union Local 400 in Wall, NJ. His memory will be cherished by all who knew him.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 42 years, Sally; three children, Debbie Bennett, Glenn Seiler and his wife, Darcy and Christopher Seiler and his fiancé, Lisa; 5 grandchildren, Paige, Craig, Eric, Ryan and Keith. He is predeceased by his son, Keith and Grandson, Scott.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 21, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Barnegat Funeral Home, 841 West Bay Ave., Barnegat, NJ. Interment with Military Honors to follow 1:30 PM in Bg. Gen. Wm. C. Doyle Vet. Mem. Cem., Arneytown, NJ. (www.BarnegatFH.com)
