Elsie Potter

Elsie Potter, 88, of Barnegat, NJ passed on Thursday, February 13, 2025 peacefully at home. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she has been a resident of Barnegat for 40 years.

Elsie found joy in spending time with her family and friends, which were her greatest passions. We celebrate Elsie's life and the countless memories she gave us.

Pre-deceased by her beloved husband, John, she is survived by her four loving children, Robin Sherlock, Tuesday Farenga and husband, Anthony, Dawn Roberts and husband, James, Michael Potter; six cherished grandchildren, Michael, Mason, Jamie (Greg), Amanda (John), Taylor, Carly; five adored great-grandchildren, three sisters, Helen Rice, Rose Henshaw, Edith Crider and husband, Ray; brother, John Sperling and wife, Jenny; as well as many loving nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 18, 2025 from 9:30 to 11:00 AM with a Funeral Service at 11:00 AM at Barnegat Funeral Home, 841 West Bay Ave., Barnegat, NJ. Interment to follow in Barnegat Memorial Cemetery.
