Edward G. Gelenites

Edward G. Gelenites, 77, of Barnegat, NJ passed on Tuesday, September 10, 2024. Born in Bayonne, NJ to his late parents, Edward and Audrey Gelenites, he was a United States Air Force Veteran and a Union Carpenter. Edward has been a resident of Barnegat since 1980. He is a member of the American Legion Post 232, Barnegat.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 53 years, Teresa; four loving children, Kristen Nacion, Eddie and his wife, Amanda Gelenites, Melissa Gelenites and Steven Gelenites; six cherished grandchildren, Jimmy, Adriana, Thomas, Tyler, Reagan, Kenley; one great-grandchild, Ariana; sisters, Audrey Zygmund and Nancy Cordiano; brothers, John and his wife, Barbara Gelenites, Paul and his wife, Pam Gelenites, William and his wife, Karen Gelenites and Richard Gelentes. He is predeceased by his brother, Robert and sister-in-law Kathy Gelenites.

A Memorial Mass will be held 11:00 AM on Friday, September 27, 2024 at St. Mary's Church, Barnegat, NJ. (www.BarnegatFH.com)
