Dolly Bielskie, 64, of Barnegat, NJ passed on Wednesday, December 11, 2024.
Dolly’s faith in God was her foundation and carried her through difficult times in her life. She was very involved in the church and loved to share her faith with others. She was a resilient and tenacious woman who loved deeply and was devoted to her family and friends. She would do anything she could to help people, and if she couldn’t do it herself she would find someone who could. Dolly expressed care and curiosity about everyone she met, making friends easily and making each person feel that they were important. She loved to learn useful things and teach others. Dolly enjoyed crafting- crocheting, knitting, painting, scrapbooking, and sewing. She used her skills to fill loved one’s homes with handmade items. She kayaked, fished, crabbed, and gardened and loved cooking what she caught and grew. She was an amazing cook, always trying new recipes and sharing them with her loved ones.
Dolly was warm and compassionate. Her door was always open and everyone was welcome. It was common to have family and friends show up unexpectedly and have a full house for dinner.
Dolly is survived by her husband, Joseph Bielskie, her six children, Donald Naia, Randy Naia, Brian (Katherine) Bielskie, Cynthia Bielskie, Daniel (Lauren) Bielskie, Thomas (Bridget) Bielskie, and five grandchildren, Jason, Allie, Bennett, Tessa and Sarah.
Dolly also leaves behind her step mother, June Naia, her brothers and sisters, Joseph (Kathi) Naia, Anthony (Debbie) Naia, Tommy (Sherri) Naia, John (Geng Geng) Naia, Florence (Joseph) Mclaughlin, Marie (Mario) Mijanos, and multiple generations of nieces and nephews. Dolly was predeceased by her father Anthony Naia and her mother Louise Naia.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2024 from 2:00 to 4:30 PM with a Service to begin at 3:00 PM at Barnegat Funeral Home, 841 West Bay Ave., Barnegat, NJ.
