Catherine C. Perhacs

Catherine (Kay) Perhacs passed peacefully on April 13th, 2025 with her loving family by her side.
She is survived by her two sons, Mark & Brian with her daughter in law, Dawn; grandchildren, Amber, Sarah, Alexa and Brianna; great grand daughter Stevie; sister, June Shaw (Charles); two brothers, Jim Perry (Jean) and John Perry (The Late Allison).
Kay was predeceased by her husband Rudy, they were married for 57 years.

Kay was Born in Rothesay Scotland and migrated to the USA in 1961, she became a US Citizen in 1973. She was a devout Catholic and was very involved in the church. Kay worked in the Banking industry at United Roosevelt Savings and Loan in Carteret NJ for over 35 years. She was very involved in her son's activities such as Boy Scouts and Baseball. Kay would always take the time to help someone in need and always had a smile on her face.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 from 3-7 PM at Barnegat Funeral Home, 841 West Bay Avenue, Barnegat, NJ. Mass offered Thursday, 10 AM at St. Mary's Church, Barnegat. Interment to follow in St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia, NJ. (www.BarnegatFH.com)
