Barbara Mead, 86, of Barnegat, NJ, passed on Monday, August 23, 2021 at Southern Ocean Medical Center, Manahawkin, NJ. Born in Erie, PA to her late parents, Orrin and Allene Fulkrob, she is predeceased by her two children, Raymond, III and Melanie. Surviving are her two nieces, Susan Grover and Sally Gautier.
