Arthur A. Picciallo

Arthur A. Picciallo, 82, of Manahawkin, NJ, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 4, 2025. Born in Hackensack, NJ, to the late Nicholas and Tillie Picciallo, he spent most of his life there, where he and his beloved wife, Sheila, raised their family before retiring.

Arthur was a proud United States Air Force veteran and also served as a Lieutenant with the Hackensack Fire Department for over 25 years before retiring in 1995.  Following his retirement, he and Sheila moved to Manahawkin, where they have resided for the past 30 years.

Arthur is survived by his devoted wife of 62 years, Sheila, two loving daughters, Kim and her husband, John Engel, and Karin and her husband, Russ Marrella; and four cherished grandchildren, John, James, Kasie, and Makenna. He was predeceased by his brothers, Frank and Nick Picciallo, and his sister, Angela Cannici.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2025, from 12:00 to 3:30 PM, with a Blessing Service beginning at 3:30 PM at Barnegat Funeral Home, 841 West Bay Avenue, Barnegat, NJ. Private cremation will follow. (www.BarnegatFH.com)
