Anthony Nicholas, Jr.

Anthony Nicholas, Jr., 84, of Barnegat passed on Saturday, August 6, 2022 at Southern Ocean Medical Center, Manahawkin, NJ.  Born in Paterson, NJ to his late parents, Anthony and Rosina Nicholas, he is a US Navy Veteran. Anthony formerly resided in Clifton, NJ and retired from PSE&G before moving to Barnegat 19 years ago. He enjoyed working with his hands and building. As a master carpenter, no project was too difficult.

Surviving are his beloved wife of 61 years, Rona Nicholas; three loving children and their spouses, Dennis and Monica Slaska of Ft. Meyers, FL, Paul and Luann Nicholas of Bayville, NJ, Randi and Scott Schabilon of Sayreville, NJ; six cherished grandchildren, Nicholas, Drew, Michael, Katie, Ryan and Patrick; six cherished great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 10, 2022 from 4 to 8 PM at Barnegat Funeral Home, 841 W. Bay Ave., Barnegat, NJ. Private cremation to follow. (www.BarnegatFH.com)
