I am sorry to hear of your loss. I can't imagine the pain you must be going through. We all handle loss differently. Something that has helped me is this promise in Revelation 21:4 that says, and he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." This shows it is a guarantee that soon all our suffering will be a thing of the past. We will be able to live on earth forever with our loved ones.
