Thomas H. Barrows, 71, of Barnegat, NJ passed away November 27, 2018. He was born in Harvey, IL to his late parents, Buford and Wilma Barrows. He graduated from Homewood-Flossmoor High School in Flossmoor, IL where he was named to Illinois’ All-State Football Team in 1965.
