Santino T. Piro

Santino T. “Sonny” Piro, 87 of Barnegat NJ passed away on September 21, 2018.  Born in the Bronx, NY to his late parents, Frank and Nancy Piro, he lived in Bergenfield, NJ, most of his life before moving to Barnegat. Sonny is a US Marine Corps Veteran of The Korean War. 

Predeceased by his beloved wife Rita Ann Piro; his foster parents, Sal and Vicki Brucato; his sister, Marie Fallo, he is survived by his three loving children and their spouses, Thomas and Dolores Piro of Cedar Grove, NJ, Christine Piro and Wendy Lugie of Lincroft, NJ and Bernadette and Paul Margiel of Barnegat, NJ; four cherished grandchildren, Tyler, Michael, Shannon and Erica. The family would also like to thank the Staff of Arbors Care Center of Toms River, NJ.  

Viewing Sunday, September 23, 2018 from 3 to 7 PM at Barnegat Funeral Home, 841 W. Bay Ave., Barnegat. Mass offered Monday 10 AM at St. Mary's Church, Barnegat.
