Rose A. Gallagher

Rose A. Gallagher, 86, of Barnegat, NJ passed on Friday, August 2, 2019. Born in Glasgow Scotland to her late parents, Patrick and Margaret Gallagher, she was world class tailor. Her career included working with respected leaders in the garment industry such as Nieman Marcus.

Rose was also an accomplished baker. She enjoyed giving her cakes and cookies to people as gifts. She was also a parishioner of St. Mary's Parish in Barnegat and Manahawkin, and dedicated her time and her sewing and baking skills to the church.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered 10:30 AM on Monday, August 5, 2019 at St. Mary's Church, 747 West Bay Ave., Barnegat, NJ. Interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Manahawkin. Barnegat Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
