Richard A. Frising, 72, of Barnegat passed Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at home. Born in Brooklyn, NY to his late parents, Richard and Ethel Frising, he is a US Army Veteran of the Vietnam War. He resided in Freehold, NJ for over 30 years before moving to Heritage Point in Barnegat where he was a member of the Italian American Club. Richard was an avid golfer who also enjoyed reading, traveling and socializing with friends and family.
Surviving are his beloved wife of 50 years, Carolyn Frising; two loving children, Christopher Frising, Kimberly and husband Walter Conner, Jr.; five cherished grandchildren, Kailey, Walter, Ella, Jameson and Madison; his devoted sister, Carol Fulton and many loving nieces and nephews.
Viewing Sunday, February 24, 2019 from 1 to 3 PM and 5 to 7 PM at Barnegat Funeral Home, 841 W. Bay Ave., Barnegat. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered 10:00 am on Monday at St. Mary's Church, Barnegat. Entombment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Manahawkin.
